I’m currently a student at the University of Canberra studying Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation and have been involved in strength sports such as Powerlifting and Weightlifting. I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and sharing my knowledge to help other people reach their goals is something I feel privileged and proud to do.
I have a passion for strength training! The benefits of resistance training are well known and this makes strength development important for all shapes and sizes, young and old, beginner to advanced. My goal is to deliver coaching and provide evidence based information to help anyone become the strongest they can be inside and outside the gym.
