COACHING

What's SPC?

RealFITT’s SPC is individualised coaching delivered in a small group setting. You will receive a tailored approach to address your training needs and goals, surrounded by like minded individuals in a supportive environment, led by our passionate Coaches. 


Each person undergoes an individual assessment before receiving their own custom program, tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals. 
 

Training will involve two Coach-led sessions in the gym, with the option of additional programming delivered via the True Coach app.


Your foundation is one of the most important variables in your progress and our Coaches will prioritise your form, technique and movement to ensure you can sustainably progress your training, overall health and well-being.

01  STRENGTH + CONDITIONING PROGRAM

The RealFIT Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to improve the everyday person.


Led by Coach Abeer, the S&C Program aims to create healthy and resilient humans. We will develop your strength and aerobic fitness by providing coaching and programming tailored to your individual goals.

RealFITT’s Athlete Development Program is year round strength and conditioning for athletes.


Led by Coach Ben, each athlete’s training program is designed to cater to your individual needs and the requirements of your sport. Programs are designed to decrease your likelihood of injury and enhance sporting performance.
 

The Athlete Development Program will see you training in a supportive group environment. You will be catered for regardless of the sport or the level you play at, aiming to provide you with the coaching and support necessary to see you achieve your potential.

02  ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

In the Strength Program we will focus on helping you to get stronger. 


Led by Coach Joe, the Strength Program will focus on improving your form and technique with an emphasis on the compound barbell movements such as the squat, bench press, overhead press, deadlift and their different variants. 
 

We will also program in, and focus on accessory strength exercises that compliment the compound movements.
