RealFITT’s SPC is individualised coaching delivered in a small group setting. You will receive a tailored approach to address your training needs and goals, surrounded by like minded individuals in a supportive environment, led by our passionate Coaches.
Each person undergoes an individual assessment before receiving their own custom program, tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals.
Training will involve two Coach-led sessions in the gym, with the option of additional programming delivered via the True Coach app.
Your foundation is one of the most important variables in your progress and our Coaches will prioritise your form, technique and movement to ensure you can sustainably progress your training, overall health and well-being.
01 WOMEN'S STRENGTH + CONDITIONING PROGRAM

The RealFITT Women's Strength & Conditioning Program is specialised coaching within a supportive community of women.
Led by Coach Abeer, the aim of the Women's S&C Program is to bring the best from each woman, by providing you with the tools and support you need to enjoy long-term physical and mental health.
The aim of this program is to develop a range of fitness skills, using varying training modalities, incorporating elements of powerlifting, olympic lifting, general strength, and aerobic conditioning. You may dabble in some or all of these elements of fitness, it all depends on what you need for your goals.
RealFITT’s Athlete Development Program is year round strength and conditioning for athletes.
Led by Coach Ben, each athlete’s training program is designed to cater to your individual needs and the requirements of your sport. Programs are designed to decrease your likelihood of injury and enhance sporting performance.
The Athlete Development Program will see you training in a supportive group environment. You will be catered for regardless of the sport or the level you play at, aiming to provide you with the coaching and support necessary to see you achieve your potential.
02 ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

In the barbell strength program we will focus on helping you to get stronger.
Led by Coach Joe, the Strength Program will focus on improving your form and technique with an emphasis on the compound barbell movements such as the squat, bench press, overhead press, deadlift and their different variants.
We will also program in, and focus on accessory strength exercises that compliment the compound movements and are also effective stand alone exercises in their own right.
03 STRENGTH PROGRAM

The RealFITT Strength & Conditioning Group is designed to improve the everyday person.
Led by Coach Ben, the Strength & Conditioning Group will help you gain proficiency in all elements of strength and conditioning.
Your programming will be tailored to your individual goals, tapping into all elements of the strength and conditioning continuum. This will include areas of fitness such as:
Strength – We work all elements of strength including max strength, power and strength endurance. Starting with a bottom-up focus we will have you strong, balanced and powerful.
Conditioning – We will develop your aerobic and anaerobic pathways, creating healthy and resilient humans.
