RealFITT has a long and proud history in Powerlifting. We have lifters invovled in various federations and who compete for fun at unsanctioned meets here at RealFITT and around the ACT/NSW!
Powerlifting at RealFITT
Powerlifting involves three main lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. By focusing on these exercises and using proper technique, you can improve your strength, build muscle mass, and increase your overall power and explosiveness.
We offer the option of our RealFITT Club which offers 1 x coached session and personalised programming or personalised programming that is tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. Our experienced coaches will work with you to create a plan that includes the right exercises, sets, and reps to help you achieve your desired results. We also provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that you stay on track and make progress over time. All programs are delivered via the True Coach app.
Our team takes safety very seriously. We'll teach you proper technique and form for each exercise, and we will never push you beyond your limits. Our approach is focused on gradual progress and avoiding injury, so you can feel confident and comfortable throughout the training process.
