am retired and now doing what I enjoy, which is helping others gain strength and wellbeing through strength and conditioning training.
I'm married with 4 adult children and 3 grandkids.
I started going to a gym and doing my own thing, mostly classes and cardio stuff in the mid 1980's to help me lose weight and get healthier. I started running and swimming as well as bike riding which led to taking part in triathlons. However training for this was very time demanding. So I started doing more mountain biking and bootcamp. I discovered Realfitt through a mate. Realfitt introduced me to powerlifting and strength and conditioning. I've never looked back.
I compete in Powerlifting and have tried Strongman. I also do the odd 24hr swim for charity (in a team) and longer distance bike rides.
I enjoy adventure motorcycle riding and I SCUBA dive.
Seniors, however I enjoy working with anybody who wants to improve their fitness.
