Since starting my career in 2006 I have a deep seeded passion to help people like you be the best version of themselves and create the life they truly deserve. To have long term success we focus on the trifecta – training, nutrition and most important, yet least considered: the mind.
I have a wealth of experience through my own competitive background. Currently I am the holder of multiple Australian, Commonwealth and Oceania records. I have represented Australia at an international level since 2014, my achievements include Gold at Commonwealth and silver at World Powerlifting Championships. I also have a background in competitive bodybuilding, running half marathons and gymnastics. Most of all, I love powerlifting as it makes you strong from the inside out.
My legacy is to empower women to be strong both physically and mentally. I teach you the 3 big lifts – squat, bench and deadlift. Through this journey you will learn many lessons that are metaphors for your personal life.
I specialise in emotional eating and how to reprogram your old behaviours into new sustainable habits around food, training and lifestyle. We will break through what is holding you back from your success and unlock the unconscious drivers that may sabotage your permanent results.
