ABOUT JAKE
Jake grew up in Canberra, where his early years were shaped by sports, music, friendships, and travel. He spent five years in London working in the music industry before completing his Personal Training and Nutrition diploma. Outside the gym, he enjoys time with his family, playing guitar, following sport, cooking, and diving into music and podcasts.

INDUSTRY SPECIALTIES
Jake is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with a practical, performance-driven approach. He has competed in events such as HYROX, The Bay Games, and the 2025 Australian Masters Games, where he won the 100m sprint in his age category—giving him firsthand insight into preparing for high-performance competition.

After completing his Personal Training and Nutrition Diploma in London, Jake returned to Australia and gained his ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning certification. Since then, he has coached hundreds of clients, from athletes to those focused on general fitness and longevity, helping them build strength, improve performance, and train effectively year-round. He also has the expertise to guide clients through strength-focused rehabilitation, ensuring safe, structured progress back to full capacity.
