Meet the Coach.
Ben Griffin
Meet Ben, our head of Athlete Development. Ben is passionate about helping athletes of all ages and sports to improve their sporting performance and decrease their likelihood of injury. In 2017, he completed a strength and conditioning internship in the USA, at the University of South Carolina (working with their division 1 football team), before returning to Australia. Since then, he has been working full time as a strength and conditioning coach. Ben has worked with athletes of all levels, including national representatives and have experience working with athletes from a wide variety of sports, including rugby league, rugby union, AFL, soccer, hockey, figure skating, tennis, swimming, grid iron and more.

Ben is also a qualified and practising Exercise Physiologist. He is qualified to work with anyone requiring specialised exercise prescription and coaching to rehabilitate or manage acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
