RealFITT is a friendly and supportive place to train towards your goals. Our general membership allows you access to the gym and access to our class program. We have some general programming options available to help guide your training or you can do your own thing if you prefer.
We have an innovative and exciting class timetable. All classes are adaptable to you regardless of your fitness level or ability, we aim to create a team environment where you are all working towards your goals while having a little fun along the way!
STRENGTH + CONDITIONING TRAINING
Working all three energy systems, you will use kettlebells, ropes, deadballs, barbells, sleds, prowlers, bands, and even learn how they fit into a training program. You can expect to develop general strength and improve your work capacity whilst enjoying the supportive community we have here at RealFITT.
