I would consider myself still new to Canberra I moved here from a small coastal town to start my Bachelors of Nursing. I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years and have a huge passion for helping people better their health and well-being whilst working on getting them to reach their full potential.
I love to travel and spent 12 months living in London taking my passion for fitness global. I have a background in many sports but my love falls with everyday strength and conditioning and Olympic Weight Lifting. When I’m not a the gym I’m often outdoors finding the best hikes Canberra has to offer or with my head in text books.
I have a passion for getting people to reach their full potential, pushing to get that 1% better everyday. In particular, I love training clients for everyday strength and conditioning and getting people to work to their max. I am a dedicated and determined trainer (some might say hard) but I promise I’m nice.
