About the Event

Presented by Abeer Orabi and Dr Suzi Craig, we will be covering the physiology of periods including the phases of the cycle, why we may feel the way we feel throughout the month, and how this can impact training. In this information session and open discussion we will also cover tracking your cycle, and understanding how to implement autoregulation for you to establish balance with your cycle and training.
