1. Tell us a little about yourself?
I grew up on a farm just outside Junee in country NSW apart of a big family. Now living in Canberra with my partner Kiara and her family. Both of us and our families love to travel, enjoy live music, playing sport and keeping fit. I played a range of sports growing up including; cross country, athletics, soccer, touch football, cricket rugby union and league. I have been lucky enough to play sport both here in Australia and throughout Europe with various teams.
2. What attracted you to the fitness industry?
I think I was always bound to be involved in the fitness industry. Playing sport and keeping fit has been a passion of mine from the moment I started.
3. What are your particular interests in the industry?
I have always had a passion for sport in general. I would consider myself as someone who is motivated and determined for success. I owe a lot of that to my parents and people around me at a young age. I love seeing people setting and achieving goals. I’ve taken an interest in strength and conditioning, sports coaching and rehabilitation. Using my experience to help people in each of these areas including general well-being and health is what drives me to improve as a coach.
4. How can you help people achieve their goals?
I can help achieve people achieve their goals by doing everything in my power to help people set short term goals with the aim of long term health and development. Every person is different and their programming needs to reflect that. Building a relationship with people and making sure fitness is enjoyable and not a chore.
