I grew up in Newcastle, moving to the Canberra region in the early 2000’s. First and foremost, I am
mum to two teenage daughters, Elise & Mila. I have genuinely always loved being active, learning and having a go at any new skill. I love being outdoors, the beach, exploring new places and most of all running (after coffee that is!)
My interests lie in endurance sports particularly trail running and a focus on improving range of
motion and strength & conditioning to support athletic performance. I am fascinated by “ultra” distances and pushing our physical limits beyond what we think we are capable of, testing our beliefs and emotions to affect performance in positive ways. I am passionate about a preventative approach to health and helping others develop their knowledge around all aspects of wellness.
